About Emerald Sky

Emerald Sky specializes in handcrafted THC-infused edibles, melding a 25-year candy-making tradition with high-quality, state-of-the-art cannabis extraction. The brand was founded in 2018 from Josh Taylor’s San Francisco home kitchen. Taylor, who had pioneered organic and vegan chocolate bars in the early ‘90s, wanted to introduce the modern edibles market to something it’d never seen before. So he created the first ever cannabis-infused licorice, setting a standard of uniqueness, delectability, and reliable dosing for all future Emerald Sky products.

With co-founder Nathan Wyss, Taylor continued to realize his vision of bringing novelty and higher quality to modern edibles, finding ways to control dosage and launching several new products, including gummies, hard candies, peanut butter cups, and bite-size cookies. Today, every confection under the Emerald Sky banner is as unique and tasty as potent and evenly dosed.
